Our group had an amazing time staying here! The rooftop garden was perfect for relaxing with drinks and offered stunning views. The staff was helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. We easily explored the Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake, both close by. The breakfast selection was lovely, and the dining options were fantastic too.

However, our shower had some drainage issues, which was a bit of a hassle during our stay.

This place was a nice surprise! The street is quiet, which is rare in Hanoi. Our room was cozy and had a lovely view of the French-style buildings. The rooftop bar has decent drinks too, but the shower wasn’t draining well at all. Overall, a comfy stay with nice staff!

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to top spots like Hoan Kiem Lake and the vibrant night market. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views that we loved sharing as a family. Annie, the assistant manager, helped us plan fantastic outings with her local insights.

My wife says that a small sofa setup would have been better for our family time.

Although the view wasn’t great, the peace and quiet made up for it. Breakfast in the bright room was a plus, with a good selection of food. The rooftop bar was also a hit, offering tasty cocktails to unwind after a long day.
